A florist we work with had the same five-page site for three years. Pretty photos, a contact form, nothing else. Enquiries came in by email and got answered whenever someone remembered to check.
In one afternoon, without touching a line of the existing design, she connected Lively to the site. The contact form started feeding a CRM, a task appeared for every new enquiry, and the site picked up an SEO score it never had before.
The stack she replaced
A shared inbox, a sticky-note task list and a separate SEO plugin all collapsed into one dashboard. Nothing about the public site changed — the back office just started existing behind it.
The storefront was fine. The back office was missing.
That's the pattern for most small sites: the storefront is fine. It's the back office that's missing.
