Review detected forms
Set who is notified and what the email looks like for each form.

Open Inbox → Form Settings and pick a form.
Notifications
- Turn on Receive notifications.
- Under Recipients, click Add to include teammates. Your account email is always included.
- Turn on Send email notifications to also email the person who filled in the form. Golively uses the email field it Detected in the form.
New recipients get a 6-digit code to confirm the address before they receive anything.
Email template
Edit the Subject and Body, and insert placeholders for any field. Turn on Attach as PDF to add a copy of the full submission.
Sender
Add a sender address and verify it once. Every form on the site can then use it. An address on your own domain gives the best deliverability.
