Domain connected but the site is not loading

1. Open the site in a private window to rule out your browser’s cache.
2. Check a version is live in Deployment. A site with only drafts has nothing to show.
3. Try both yourdomain.com and www.yourdomain.com. If only one works, one record is missing.
4. Check the domain did not expire at your provider.

If the domain shows Action needed, click Review the records to see which record is wrong, fix it and click Check again.
